Free classes, all morning
Every class on the Sunday morning timetable is free - for members, their mates, and anyone in Brisbane who's been meaning to give STRONG a go. Bookings are essential and spots will move fast.
On Sunday 16 August we're opening the doors for Cancer Council's Daffodil Day. Every class at STRONG West End is free - never tried STRONG? Come in. Already train with us? Bring someone who doesn't. Instead of paying for your session, grab raffle tickets on the day: 100% of sales go to the Cancer Council. Wear yellow, bring your friends, and turn the studio into a sea of daffodils.

One day. One studio. A sea of yellow.
100% of raffle sales go to Cancer Council's Daffodil Day, funding life-saving cancer research. 1 in 2 of us will be diagnosed with cancer by age 85 - which means every single class has someone worth training for. Your class is free; buy raffle tickets on the day, wear your brightest yellow and help us make it count.
